Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Handloom sarees are cherished for their unique charm and artisanal craftsmanship. Each saree is meticulously woven by skilled artisans, often using traditional techniques passed down through generations. Due to the handmade nature of these sarees, slight imperfections such as minor variations in weave, color, or texture are expected and are not considered defects. Instead, these imperfections add to the saree's authenticity and beauty, making each piece unique. Embracing these variations means appreciating the individuality and cultural heritage embedded in every handloom saree.

We take great pride in the quality of our products and ensure each item is carefully inspected before shipping. Therefore, we have a strict no-return policy except in the case of damaged goods. Please review the following guidelines:

  1. No Returns: All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than items damaged during shipping.

  2. Reporting Damages: If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery. Contact us with a description of the damage, and clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging.

  3. Return Authorization: After reviewing and approving your claim, we will issue a refund and provide instructions for returning the damaged item.

  4. Replacement or Refund: Once we receive and inspect the damaged item, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges incurred.
